All massages include hot stone for the most effective treatment if you choose(please note that I do not place stones on the body and leave them stationary. I use them to warm up the tissue.) It is not an up-charge or add on like higher priced spas. I am interested in giving supremely effective healing and I believe that an hour of time is 60 minutes of hands on work. I am interested in giving the time and focused attention you need to allow your body to heal. She offers integrated manual therapy/orthopedic(muscle balancing for pain relief) swedish/relaxation, sports, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, reiki, pregnancy, eastern modalties for increased energy, and reflexology.
